Join Gameday Auction's Direct Sales Team

Gameday Direct, a division of Gameday Auction, is creating a dynamic sales and marketing team to drive a wide array of promotions and special events.

We are looking for strong team players who love sports and are very phone and sales savvy.

The Role:

Gameday Direct Agents will work hard, behind the scenes, of Gamedays' live auction pro-sports events.

Through strong phone and email relations, Gameday Direct Agents are responsible for leveraging the face-to-face brand awareness that Gameday Auction has created at their pro-sports events. Our agents will help build profitable and long-term partnerships with casual and die-hard sports fans who love to surround themselves with authentic sports memorabilia.

  • Agents will contact fans from assigned call lists to determine current and future needs with the view of retaining and growing business.
  • Respond to a wide variety of sales requests over the telephone/email/web
  • Responsible for achieving and tracking sales
  • Conducts outbound calls and emails for a variety of sales and service initiatives aimed at business retention and growth.
  • Participates in Marketing and other campaigns as needed
  • Promotes and completes the sale for sports memorabilia

Gameday Direct Agents will be proficient at:

  • Managing a large database of Gameday Auction event driven leads.
  • Utilizing a customer relations management tool.
  • Developing long-term client relations with existing Sports Memorabilia Collectors.
  • Cultivating an atmosphere of elite customer service via web, phone and face-to-face relations.
  • Producing Sales Campaigns that are both fun and exciting driven by Major Sporting Events.
  • Knowing their unique, individual importance as part of the Gameday Direct Team.

Our Team is looking for Sales Agents that have the following attributes:

  • Great phone personalities and savvy email communicators.
  • Avid Sports Fan and STRONG communicator.
  • Works well under pressure in a fast paced sports environment.
  • Computer literate and deadline driven.

Compensation:

Base Salary Plus Commissions
Starting base pay range $1500.00 - $2000.00 plus commissions (based on experience)
This is a contract position.

Gameday Auction has a unique opportunity for an energetic and experienced sales professional looking to supplement their income with an exciting part-time business venture.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for a strong sales leader, with event management skills, to generate sales for this territory while running our sports memorabilia auction and fan experience center at ALL NEW ORLEANS SAINTS home games and in the community.

Again, this is a part-time position that is ideal for someone who is already an independent sales rep and is looking for additional income opportunities.

  • Building and managing a sales force.
  • Inventory management.
  • Event set up/take down.
  • Customer follow up.
  • Sales coaching, etc.
  • Lead generating.

Experience:

  • Must be able to work all home games.
  • Have 5+ years in being an INDEPENDENT sales rep. working with different product lines.
  • Avid Sports Fan and STRONG communicator.
  • Well connected in the community.
  • Physically fit - will be dealing with product (lifting, setting up displays, etc).
  • Have experience managing the staff.
  • Works well under pressure in a fast paced sports environment.
  • Computer literate and deadline driven.
  • Must have own vehicle (truck) to transport products.
EXCELLENT COMPENSATION - 100% COMMISSION
This is a contract position, not a full time job.
